Right to Publish
Authors submitting a manuscript to the Journal of ICT, Design, Engineering, and Technology Sciences (JITDETS) must ensure that they possess the legal right to publish the content and that the manuscript contains no defamatory material. It is assumed that all co-authors have provided their consent for the submission. The corresponding author is responsible for signing the Journal’s copyright agreement on behalf of all contributing authors and must upload the completed form via the Journal’s Submission System during manuscript submission.

Open Access Statement
JITDETS is fully committed to providing immediate open access to all published academic work. All original research articles, application papers, and review papers are freely accessible from the date of publication. There are no article processing charges (APCs) imposed on authors, and readers are not required to pay any fees to access or download content for scholarly use.

License Agreement
Articles published in JITDETS are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License. This license permits others to remix, adapt, and build upon the authors' work for non-commercial purposes, provided appropriate credit is given. Derivative works must also be non-commercial; however, they are not required to be licensed under identical terms.
